ROSETO, Pa. -

A man tried to buy merchandise at three different stores in two counties with credit and debit cards he stole from a woman's car.

Officials said William A. Pysher used the cards Saturday at the Penn Jersey Food Mart, 232 Blue Valley Drive, Bangor, and the Walmart store at 3722 Easton-Nazareth Highway, Lower Nazareth Township, both in Northampton County, and the Walmart at 356 Lincoln Ave., East Stroudsburg, Monroe County.

Pysher tried to make a total of 11 transactions to pay for $1,447.25 in merchandise from the three stores with credit and debit cards he found in a Michael Kors leather purse he stole from a gold Jeep Laredo belonging to Jacqueline Talero-Rueda around 9:25 p.m. Friday, officials said.

Pysher was arrested at his apartment at 83 Garibaldi Ave., Roseto, Northampton County, after being identified by a Roseto police officer who viewed surveillance videos from both Walmart locations.

Pysher, 30, was arraigned on charges of access device fraud, forgery, theft, receiving stolen property and theft from a motor vehicle and committed to the Northampton County Prison on $10,000 bail, according to court documents.
