A bomb threat forced the evacuation of the Delaware Valley Regional High School in Frenchtown, Hunterdon Co., N.J.
The written threat was found inside the school Wednesday morning, according to an alert posted on the school's website.
Students were evacuated to the school's football stadium while police officers and bomb-sniffing dogs searched the building for anything suspicious.
The students were later sent home on school buses, said officials, adding that all after-school and evening activities have been cancelled.
As of late Wednesday afternoon, officials said the school and parking lot have been deemed safe.
School officials say all students will report to their eight period class tomorrow at the start of the school day.
