WHITEHALL TWP., Pa. -

A Lehigh County veteran got a visit from an actor turned veteran advocate.

Adam Keys, of Whitehall Township, lost both legs and his left arm when a roadside bomb exploded in Afghanistan in July 2010. He has endured 120 surgeries since then.

Gary Sinese recently visited Keys, and Keys posted a photo of the two of them on his Facebook page.

Sinese and the Lt. Dan Band played a concert as a fundraiser for Keys at the State Theatre in Easton in August 2012.

Proceeds from the concert helped build a custom home for Keys through the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.

The actor created The Gary Sinese Foundation to spearhead projects that support military veterans and their families.
