Town hall meeting set for victims of recent hailstorm in Berks County

Various professionals are preparing to gather to answer questions homeowners may have about damage caused by last week's hailstorm.

Kohl Building Products has organized a town hall meeting, which will take place on Tues., June 3 between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. at Glad Tidings Church, 1100 Snyder Rd., Spring Township, Berks County.

Detective Robert Heiden, of the Berks County district attorney's office fraud division; Jeff Rohaly, head of property, casualty and life for the Pennsylvania Insurance Commission; and Pat Dolan, president, Home Builders Association of Berks County, will be on hand to address various issues regarding home repairs. They'll also participate in a question and answer session.

No sales or contractor solicitations will take place, but information about roofing, siding, windows and skylights will be available, organizers said.
