BETHLEHEM, Pa. -

Twenty-one-year-old Tate Lyons of Bethlehem picked the wrong place to sleep it off early Saturday morning outside the city's Tally Ho Tavern at 205 W. 4th St.

Lyons was intoxicated and entered a vehicle to sleep, according to Bethlehem police. Problem is, it wasn't his vehicle.  Shortly before 4 a.m., the owner of the vehicle found him inside it.

Lyons, of 4810 Janet Lane, was charged with public drunkenness.
