Twin Valley, Governor Mifflin hold signing ceremonies

The Raiders and Mustangs held signing ceremonies for Division I and II athletes on Friday.


Twin Valley and Governor Mifflin held signing ceremonies on Friday for a few Division I and II athletes.

In Elverson there were a pair of D-1 signings. Soccer standout Tayler Jamison will continue her career at VCU. Jamison wan an All-American and leading scorer for the Raiders this year, helping them reach the county tournament.

Kayla McClure will be attending Central Michigan to play field hockey. McClure was a team captain and anchored the Raider defense. She helped lead Twin Valley to a county championship and appearances in the district and state tournaments.


In Shillington, Governor Mifflin baseball player Tanner DeLucia inked his name with Division II Felician.

 A 3-year starter for the Mustangs, DeLucia has been a versatile and productive player in his time.

He's a strong infielder and pitcher who can also handle the bat with an average in the mid .300's.
