The Reading Royals defeated Florida, 4-1, Wednesday night in Game 7 at the Sovereign Center.
The Royals will now meet Cincinnati in the Eastern Conference Finals, starting Friday night at the Sovereign Center.
The Royals scored four straight goals in the second and third periods of Wednesday's Game 7. The Florida Everblades never recovered from the knockout punches.
Reading held on for a 4-1 win and a 4-3 series victory over Florida to advance to the next round of the Kelly Cup Playoffs.
Joel Champagne and Barry Almeida started the scoring in the second period. Ian O'Connor and Kirk MacDonald added goals in the third.
Riley Gill was sharp in net for the Royals, stopping 24 shots on 25 chances.
The Royals will meet Cincinnati in the Conference Finals. Game 1 will be in Reading on Friday night.
