Bobby Scott's walk-off single with two outs in the bottom of the ninth inning gave North Penn a 6-5 win over Lower Dauphin on Friday in the PIAA 4A state championship game.
The win gives North Penn its second state title in the last five years.
The Knights fell behind Lower Dauphin 3-0 before scoring five runs in the fifth inning to take a 5-3 lead.
Lower Dauphin scored one run in the sixth and another in the seventh to tie it, setting the stage for the Knights' dramatic win.
North Penn (17-10) was the last team into the District One tournament, but caught fire once they get in the state playoffs.
North Penn, which eliminated Parkland and Pennridge in this tournament, also won the state title back in 2009 when it beat Parkland to claim the crown.
