Boyertown boys gear up for title defense

Boyertown will defend its PAC-10 championship this season. Although the team lost 12 players to graduation, it feels like it has enough pieces to reload.

The Boyertown boys soccer team enters the 2013 season as the defending PAC-10 champions. The Bears lost 12 players from last year's team, but they feel like they have the weapons to repeat.

Boyertown won 17 games overall in 2012 and lost just once within the conference. However, the team failed to make it out of the first round of Districts for the fifth straight year.

The Bears have ten players back this season, all with great experience. This should allow Boyertown a good shot at defending its PAC-10 title and, hopefully, solve its District tournament problem.
