The Reading Phillies completed a four-game sweep of Portland with a 4-1 win on Saturday night at FirstEnergy Stadium.

The win gives the R-Phils their first 4-0 start since 1982 (as far back as records date).

David Buchanan stole the show for Reading on the mound.

Making his first career double-A start, Buchanan allowed just two hits in seven shutout innings while striking out nine.

Leandro Castro, Tim Kennelly, and Jiwan James all drove in runs for the R-Phils.
