A speeding driver accused of fatally striking a pedestrian in Berks County has admitted to the crime.

Kenneth Kalbach pleaded guilty Friday to homicide by vehicle and speeding. He was sentenced to 11-1/2 to 23 months in jail, plus three years probation.

The crash happened on Old Route 22 in Greenwich Township on April 25, 2012.
