Teen pedestrian stuck by car in Quakertown

Pedestrian hit by car in Quakertown
QUAKERTOWN, Pa. -

A teenager was rushed to the hospital after being hit by a car in Quakertown Saturday night.

The crash happened just before 9 p.m. at the intersection of routes 309 and 663.

Police say a 17-year-old male from Philadelphia was injured. His condition is unknown at this time; police did say the boy was breathing and responsive when crews arrived at the crash scene.

Police say charges are pending while investigators determine if the pedestrian had the right-of way.
