State police seek Geryville Pike hit and run driver

State Police at the Skippack station are seeking information about a hit and run accident that occurred  just before 3 p.m. Christmas Day on Geryville Pike, about 500 feet north of Route 663 in northern Montgomery County.

An unidentified 55-year-old male received minor injuries when struck by an unknown vehicle.

The pedestrian was walking on the shoulder of Geryville Pike when hit  by the northbound vehicle at 2:54 p.m. Wednesday, according to police.


The vehicle continued north, fleeing the scene.

Police said it happened in Upper Hanover Township.

If found, the driver will be cited for careless driving.
