Police look for flasher in Montgomery County

LOWER PROVIDENCE TWP., Pa. -

Police in two Montgomery County municipalities are looking for a suspected flasher.

Five indecent exposure incidents have been reported to authorities between April 6 and May 12 in Lower Providence or Upper Providence townships.

In each instance, the victims were walking along roadways or trails, in the late afternoon or early evening, usually between 3:20 p.m. and 7:25 p.m.

The offender would be in place before the victim arrived, police said, and would get out of his vehicle either without pants or with his pants pulled down.

Police said the offender would look at the victim while masturbating, and during one of the incidents the offender spoke with a Middle Eastern/Indian accent.

Four times the victims described the man as Middle Eastern/Indian and once as an Hispanic man.

He was also described as being between 25-40 years old, 5 feet 5 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall, slender to medium build, short blackĀ  hair and clean shaven.
