Authorities are renewing their plea for tips in the death of a woman whose body was found in a field in Montgomery County last summer.

NORRISTOWN, Pa. -

Authorities are renewing their plea for tips as they continue to investigate the death of a woman whose body was found in a field in Montgomery County last summer.

The manner of Natalie Marella's death remains undetermined, but the coroner's investigation revealed she died of a seizure disorder and a head injury, officials announced Wednesday.

A farmer found Marella, 26, of Ambler, dead in a field in the 2400 block of Little Road in New Hanover Township on the morning of Aug. 29, officials said.

Detectives said they have conducted numerous interviews during their investigation, but they have yet to determine who Marella was with at the time of her death.

Anyone with information about the case is asked to contact the New Hanover Township Police Department at 610-327-1150 or the Montgomery County Detective Bureau at 610-278-3368.
