Mark Shanaberger's Sunday forecast

Today will feature some sun followed by increasing clouds and a few flurries later on in the day. However, the big weather story today will be the temperatures combined with the wind.

Highs this afternoon will top out in the mid and upper 20s, which is 10 to 15 degrees below average, but when you factor in the wind, it will feel more like it's in the teens and single digits at times.

The winds will die down for President's Day on Monday, but the highs will remain in the 20s as the clouds increasing throughout the day yet again. Another nuisance snow event will move in very late Monday night and early Tuesday morning and affect the area into Tuesday afternoon. Stay tuned to the AccuWeather Channel and 69 News as we continue to fine tune the details on this storm.

Today: Some sunshine giving way to clouds, brisk and cold; a couple flurries in the afternoon. High: 27
