Showers could be heavy at times Wednesday

If it hasn't already rained in your area today, get ready--it most likely will! And some of the showers may be heavy and could cause local flooding.
Several counties in our viewing area are under flood advisories.
Skies are variably cloudy with humid conditions once again this afternoon with a few showers and thunderstorms.
Any shower or thunderstorm can bring rain heavy enough to cause some localized, minor flooding. Some locations have picked up more than two inches of rain which has led to flooding.
Thursday and Friday will feature partly sunny skies, very warm and humid conditions with highs in the middle 80s.
High temperatures will reach the lower 80s this afternoon.
