Many people are spending thanksgiving night shopping.

TREXLERTOWN, Pa. -

Many people are spending thanksgiving night shopping. Several stores are open on Thanksgiving this year rather than just Black Friday.

There were plenty of shoppers out eager to find good deals .

Doors at Kohl's in Trexlertown opened at 8:00 p.m  and at Best Buy, they opened at 6:00 p.m.

Doreen Perpignan had been waiting at Best Buy in Bethlehem Township since Monday. She made off with everything she waited for.  Doreen said, "Great. I feel a lot better now, now I can go home, eat my dinner, take a shower, relax".

Most shoppers felt though shopping is cutting into the holiday, the bargains are worth it. Despite the cold weather outside, the hot deals warmed every heart and no one seemed to mind.

Despite the large number of shoppers, no incidents were reported.
