BETHLEHEM, Pa. -

A museum in Bethlehem has taken the wraps off a major renovation project.

The ribbon was cut Friday on a 5,000 square-foot addition to the Kemerer Museum of Decorative Arts.

The new space is called the Collections Resource Center. It will house the museum's most sensitive artifacts along with a new research room and a children's interactive gallery.

Officials are still putting the finishing touches on the renovation project, but they said the museum will be back open to the public later this summer.
