Shots ring out in Allentown.
Now two people are in the hospital and a possible getaway car crashed into a house.
It all started around six o'clock Wednesday night near center city Allentown and police say they are now investigating three different crime scenes.
According to police, the first shots were fired at Madison and Turner streets around 5:32 p.m.
Then witnesses say they saw four people run from the possible getaway car on Allen Street.
Investigators are looking at a black Volkswagen Jetta and trying to see if the car is connected to the two other scenes where shots were fired.
"It seems like they were trying to come down the street and somehow they lost control of the car," said Daniel Vaughan, a witness at the scene.
Police said more shots were fired around 5:44 p.m. in the 600 block of Allen Street and two people were injured. The car crashed into a home in that area.
"They jumped over the cars," added Vaughan. "Left the doors open and everything. Two went that way and two went another way."
Investigators say they have a major investigation in front of them.
There is a bullet hole in the vehicle and the back window is shattered.
Another possible bullet went in a home and on the street there is a lot of debris, like broken glass in three places.
Allentown Police have confirmed that two people were in the hospital, though no one in the home was hurt.
A juvenile male was transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. Another male victim walked into Sacred Heart Hospital but has since been transferred to LVH, according to police.
Both victims were shot in the lower extremities, and are in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries.
The people living in the home where the car crashed had to move because the structure is deemed unsafe.
Allentown police are asking anyone with information about this case to give them a call at (610) 437-7751.
