Police: Work van driver causes crash, sends family of four in SUV to the hospital

Six sent to the hospital after crash in Montgomery County

LIMERICK TWP., Pa. -

A family of four, mom, dad, and two kids, are recovering at Lehigh Valley Hospital after their SUV collided with a work van and flipped onto its side.

It happened Tuesday on Ridge Pike in Limerick Twp., Montgomery Co., around 7:30 p.m.

Police say the van, driving on Neiffer Road, didn't stop at a stop sign and collided with the SUV carrying the family.

All four in the SUV were transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest in Salisbury Twp., Lehigh Co.

Two people in the van were also taken to the hospital, according to police.

At least one of the victims was flown from the the scene, police say.
