Police looking for 2 men accused of theft

Mahoning Township Police are looking for two men accused of a $400 theft from Walmart.

Police have arrest warrants for both Justin Jacobacci, 30 of Jim Thorpe and Jessalyn Rider, 20 of Lehighton, who committed retail theft at a Walmart in May.

Mahoning Township Police issued a press release on May 7, 2013 attempting to identify a male who stole an air conditioner at Walmart 1731 Blakeslee Blvd Drive East. The investigation lead Police to identify Jacobacci and Rider as well as Anthony Jaccobacci, 55 of Jim Thorpe.

The investigation of a second theft which was reported at the same store on June 18 found that Justin and Anthony attempted to steal a Home Security System priced at over $400.00. The two fled before police arrived to the scene.

Anthony Jacobacci was taken into custody at his home on June 20 and charged for both thefts. Anthony was admitted to Carbon County Prison in Lieu of bail set at $20,000/10%.
