Woman charged with assaulting husband over Eagles-Cowboys game

A Carbon County woman is in trouble with the law tonight accused of assaulting her husband during a fight over the Eagles Cowboys game.

MAHONING TWP., Pa. -

A Carbon County woman is facing assault charges after police said she assaulted her husband over the Eagles/Cowboys football game.

Elizabeth Rabenold, 46, of Lower Nis Hollow Drive, Mahoning Twp., is charged with simple assault and harassment.

Police said an argument Sunday between Rabenold and her husband over the game turned physical when she grabbed his face.

She was drunk according to police. She told them to take her to jail and said the dog was to blame for her husband's injuries.

She was taken to the Carbon County Prison, but released on $2500 unsecured bail.
