A woman was robbed of her purse by two men, one who had a gun, police said.

The incident happened Tuesday around 4:15 p.m. as she was walking south on Weest Main Street/Route 209 near Pocono Park Drive.

Police said the victim was approached by two Hispanic men who told her to hand over the purse or be killed.

One of the suspects drew a handgun and hit her in the mouth. As she fell, she broke her left forearm, police said.

The men grabbed the purse, and were seen fleeing in a white two-door Volkswagen, according to police.

The first suspect is described as a Hispanic man, about 6 feet tall, wearing a green T-shirt with blue short sleeves, blue jean shorts. He was carrying the gun.

The other is a Hispanic man, wearing a sleeveless gray shirt with black lettering and a weightlifting insignia on it, and shorts.
