The incident happened around 1:30 a.m. Monday on Route 924, about 1/2 mile north of Rt. 4022 in West Mahanoy Township.

Police said 48-year-old Raymond Ebersol Jr. of Paxinos, Northumberland County, was driving north on Rt. 924 when the actor ran out onto the road, waving his arms in an attempt to slow down the truck.

As Ebersol slowed down the tractor trailer, the vehicle was hit with two rocks, damaging the passenger side windshield and passenger side sleeper window.

The rocks caused about $700 in damage.

Police said the actor then fled the scene on an all-terrain vehicle into a wooded area east of Rt. 924.
