Officials in Monroe Co. uncovered a cache of drugs during a routine traffic stop early Monday.

State police pulled over a vehicle for a traffic violation around 12:15 a.m. at the Perkins restaurant on West Main Street in Stroudsburg.

Rakeem Livingston, 22, of East Orange, New Jersey, initially provided troopers with a fake name because he had an outstanding arrest warrant out of New Jersey, police said.

During a consent search of the vehicle, police said they found 120 bags of heroin and 15 grams of crack cocaine.

Livingston was taken to Monroe County Jail on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of controlled substances and providing false ID to law enforcement.
