Several people displaced in multi-house fire in Shenandoah

Several families were displaced in a multi-house fire which occurred in Schuylkill County Tuesday morning.
The fire broke out around 10:45 a.m. on South Grant Street in Shenandoah.
Fire fighters gained control over the fire and no injuries were reported.
However, 114 and 116 South Grant Street were occupied and those families were displaced.
Several occupants in adjoining addresses were also affected.
They include Michael and Mary Silks of 108 South Grant Street, Joseph Sobinsky of 112 South Grant Street, Debra Frantz of 114 South Grant Street and
an unknown occupant in 110 South Grant street.
The fire, which has been ruled accidental, started in the basement of 112 South Grant Street officials said.
