A military warehouse in Monroe County is cutting contractor jobs.
Tobyhanna Army Depot says it may cut up to 418 contract workers from URS.
The cuts start Friday when 95 URS workers will be cut.
This is partly related to the sequester -- those mandatory federal spending cuts.
Tobyhanna says the cuts accelerated the decline of its workload.
These worker cuts won't affect Tobyhanna's 3,600 civilian employees but they are scheduled for 22 non-consecutive days of furloughs.
