2 armed men rob Monroe County gas station, police say

PARADISE TWP., Pa. -

Police in Monroe County are investigating an armed robbery of a gas station.

It happened at the Litning Quik gas station on Route 940 in Paradise Twp.  just before 10 p.m. Wednesday.

Police say two black males wearing black ski hats and hoodies approached four employees who were closing the station for the night.

They say the men pointed handguns at the employees, forcing them back into the store.

The robbers got away with cash and car keys of one of the employees but fled on foot on Carlton Road.

One suspect wore a white bandana, the other a black bandana.
