Day 2 of PSU hearing

HARRISBURG, Pa. -

It's day two of a preliminary hearing in Harrisburg for three former Penn State administrators accused of covering up a scandal.

Former school president Graham Spanier, athletic director Tim Curley and administrator Gary Schultz are facing charges for allegedly trying to hide the Sandusky child sex abuse scandal.

A special agent from the Attorney General's office took the stand Tuesday.

He said an archive file was found on the computer of Gary Schultz that contained emails between all three defendants.

The agent testified that the emails were in regard to an investigation of an alleged incident involving Sandusky in 1998.

A public information officer also testified this morning about a disagreement over what former president Graham Spanier would include in his statement to the public after Sandusky's arrest.

Testimony is expected to wrap up Tuesday.

WFMz's Bo Koltnow is in the courtroom and he'll have more on this story tonight on 69 News starting at 5 p.m.
