ONTELAUNEE TWP., Pa. -

A fire that damaged businesses in Ontelaunee Township in October 2009 was no accident, officials said Wednesday.

Billy Jo Keim was charged with arson and related offenses in connection with the fire on Willow Creek Road, near East Huller Lane.  The building housed "Majestic Coach Tours" and "Berks Truck Wash."

Keim, of Lenhartsville, worked at the building, and his boss was his landlord, according to court documents.

Keim admitted to setting the fire because he was upset that his boss told him he'd have to move out of the house he was living in, officials said.

Keim was charged with multiple counts of arson, criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. He is free on $50,000 bail.
