N.J. teen has sex with child under 16, officials say

READINGTON TWP., N.J. -

A New Jersey teen is facing charges after police said he engaged in sexual conduct with a child under the age of 16 while he was four years older than the victim.

Kyle James Andrews, 19, of Readington Twp., Hunterdon County, was arrested June 18 and charged with third degree endangering the welfare of a child and lewdness.

Andrews was arrested following a joint investigation by the Readington Twp. Police Department and detectives from the Hunterdon County prosecutor's office.

Bail was set at $10,000, which he posted and was released.
