Hurricane Sandy victims still in cold

New Jersey property owners who were denied relief money after Hurricane Sandy are getting a second chance.

Officials say those who were turned down for government money through a reconstruction program can make a new request.

The property advocacy group Fair Share Housing Center says more than 3,000 applicants were told they were not eligible.

But most homeowners who appealed that decision were told they were able to get help.

So because of the confusion- homeowners are able to request the funds again.
