At least one person was injured when this fire vehicle rolled over in Readington Township, Hunterdon County, according to emergency radio reports.

READINGTON TWP., Pa. -

A firefighter was flown to the hospital following a vehicle rollover in Readington Township, Hunterdon County, police said.

The accident happened late Saturday night when a fire department tanker rolled over and spilled several thousand gallons of water in the unit block of Brookview Road while responding to a call, according to police.

One firefighter was flown to the hospital for head injuries, officials said.

The firefighter's condition is not known at this point.

In the hours following the accident, fire and EMS organizations in Hunterdon County offered words of support to the Readington Volunteer Fire Company.

"Thoughts and prayers are going out to the Readington Volunteer Fire Company and the member involved in the rollover of Tender 32 tonight," Fire and EMS Alerts of Hunterdon County posted on Facebook. "Everyone here is hoping for a speedy recovery.
