Man slashed, robbed in Hunterdon Co. attack

FLEMINGTON, N.J. -

Investigators are looking for the man who robbed and slashed a Hunterdon County, New Jersey man at his home Sunday night.

Flemington police said a 46-year-old resident of the Hunter Hills Apartment Complex at 1 Garden Lane was attacked while at the apartments around 10 p.m.

The man told police the robber also got away with his money. The amount lost was not disclosed.

The victim was treated at the scene, but not hospitalized.

The suspect is described as a black man in his early 20s with tattoos and facial hair. He was last seen running into another apartment in the complex.
