Woman dies of complications from drowning

Police say a Philadelphia woman has died days after an incident at a Carbon County lake.

SALISBURY TWP., Pa. -

A 32-year-old Philadelphia woman has died of complications from drowning, the Lehigh County coroner says.

Coroner Scott Grim announced the death Tuesday of Non Sa, of the 2200 block of South Fifth Street.

Sa died at 3:45 p.m. at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest in Salisbury Township.

Grim said she died from complication of drowning. The initial incident happened on July 5 around 7 p.m. at Beltzville State Park Lake in Franklin Township, Carbon County.

Sa was pulled from the water and given CPR on the beach.
