It's a chance to step back into our agricultural history.
The Saucon Valley Conservancy is hosting its 7th annual Barn Tour this weekend.
The self-guided tour takes you through eight different barns in Northampton County.
Each barn is different. For example, one has been converted into a house, one is now a bank, and one is still a working barn! Organizers say the common thread is that all are historic.
"It gives you a unique advantage because most people can't get in barns. And this gives you an opportunity to see how the farmers worked their barns and farms," said Priscilla de Leon, president of the Saucon Valley Conservancy.
The barn tour is on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Tickets are $20 each and 2 for $35 in advance. You can buy them at Heller Homestead at 1890 Friedensville Rd. in Bethlehem on Thursday from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m., or by calling 610-216-0566.
