A man and a woman double-teamed a man they were visiting last month to steal money from his wallet after he told them to leave his home, officials said.
Ryan M. Dailey and Deziray L. Cunningham took $200 from the wallet of Jimmie Wang and ran out of his home at 819 Lehigh St., Easton, at about 5:20 p.m. May 15, officials said.
Dailey took the cash from the wallet after Cunningham ripped it from Wang's pants as she followed him upstairs, officials said, adding that Cunningham tore Wang's pants in the process.
The attack happened after Wang had asked Dailey, Cunningham and another man to leave his home because he had to go to work, officials added.
Dailey, 25, of 136 South 8th St., Easton, and Cunningham, 26, of 307Columbia Ave., Palmerton, Carbon Co., and 138 South 8th St., Easton, were arraigned Saturday afternoon on charges of burglary, theft and robbery, according to court documents.
Dailey was also charged with criminal mischief, according to court papers.
Dailey's bail was set at $10,000 and Cunningham's at $7,500, and both were committed to the Northampton County Prison, according to court documents.
Cunningham's preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. July 5, and Dailey's at 9:30 a.m. July 5.
