It was later determined that the two five-gallon buckets were filled with $4,000 worth of change, and the homeowner said his wife's jewelry was missing, police said.

Officials said the caller was able to identify Youngkin, who was found with a jewelry box on him, and the buckets of change were located in a nearby alley.

Youngkin was arraigned and sent to Northampton County Prison on $50,000 bail.
