A suspected drug dealer and gang member was found with 15 baggies of marijuana in his pants pocket, officials said.
Justin M. Cobb was caught with the marijuana outside a bar in the 100 block of Northampton Street in Easton at about 2:35 p.m. Saturday.
Police also found a digital scale peeking out of another of Cobb's pants pockets while he was being patted down outside the bar.
Police were patrolling the area because of numerous complaints about drug activity at the bar, and an officer recognized Cobb as a suspected drug dealer and member of the Bloods when he walked outside talking on his cell phone and looking up and down the street.
Cobb, 22, of 111 Palmer St., Easton, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and committed to the Northampton County Prison on $10,000 bail, according to court documents.
A preliminary hearing is set for 10 a.m. July 5.
