New deputy police commissioner introduced in Bethlehem

BETHLEHEM, Pa. -

The Bethlehem City police force is establishing its leadership positions.

The city has confirmed Craig Finnerty as its new police chief.

He replaces the outgoing chief Jason Schiffer.

The city has also chosen Finnerty's number two: 22-year department veteran Todd Repsher will be deputy chief.

Ashley Heiberger will replace Repsher as captain.
