69 News has an update on the fire that destroyed the former home of racing legend Mario Andretti.
A fundraiser is being organized to help the Nazareth, Northampton County family who lived there and lost everything in that fire.
Andretti built the house back in 1968 and sold the home to the Kardelis family in 1999.
A special Facebook page has been set up to help the family, and donation jars are available at businesses in the borough.
The organizer of the fundraiser hopes folks remember the family who was living there.
Ben Miller said, "This isn't a monument to Mario. This is a family home. I think that kind of been lost in the shuffle of things. This family... they lost everything here."
Officials say the fire was accidentally caused by a hot lawn mower that was parked near combustible materials in the garage.
The street, Victory Lane, was re-named after Andretti's 1969 Indy 500 win.
