Homes across the Lehigh Valley are gaining value.
According to new data from CoreLogic, home prices in the Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton area rose by 6.2 percent in March, compared to March of last year.
Prices are also up slightly, 0.7 percent, from the previous month this year.
Nationally, home prices increased more than 11 percent in March compared to March of 2013.
It's the 25th consecutive month that national home prices have gone up year over year on a month-to-month basis.
