A new report by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) found that New Hampshire is the best state to live in the U.S. for many reasons, one of which is its low crime rate.

A man wanted in connection with a jewelry store robbery and shooting in York County was nabbed in Allentown, according to officials.

Timothy N. Forbes Jr., 31, of Allentown, was taken into custody this week by Allentown and the FBI, officials said.

Forbes is facing various charges for his alleged role in the July 12, 2012 robbery of White Jewelers in York Township. Charges include attempted homicide, conspiracy, robbery, theft and receiving stolen property.

Another suspect, Jamal Smallwood, was previously arrested.

The jewelry store owner was wounded by multiple gunshots.

The investigation is ongoing and more arrests are a possibility.
