A man who's wanted in connection with a fatal shooting outside a strip club in Allentown has been returned to Lehigh County.

Ulysses Rodriguez was arrested Nov. 27 for public drunkenness in Suffolk Co., N.Y., when police found an outstanding warrant for Rodriguez, said Lehigh County District Attorney Jim Martin.

Rodriguez, 21, is a suspect in a shooting that left 21-year-old Tyree Wimberly, who was killed outside Scoobies Gentlemen's Club at 2327 Hanover Ave., on Jan. 26.

Rodriguez, also known as “Slime,” has no known address but last lived at 937 Walnut St. in Allentown.

Rodriguez will be arraigned and sent to Lehigh County Prison. No bail will be set, officials said.
