Blake Bills of Macungie pleaded guilty Thursday to charges related to a chase through the streets of Philadelphia in a stolen police car.
Bills accepted his guilt on charges of fleeing police, driving under the influence, recklessly endangering another person, and criminal mischief.
His sentencing has been set for Nov, 18, according to a spokeswoman in the Philadelphia district attorney's office, who said the guilty plea was not negotiated.
His fiancee, Shayna Sykes of Macungie, was sentenced to three to eight years in prison in Philadelphia Wednesday.
In July, Sykes pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and other charges, after confessing to leading police on the wild chase while she was high on drugs.
In March, the couple stole a Camden, N.J., police car and led police on a chase into Philadelphia where they eventually were stopped. Sykes then stole another police car while Bills was being arrested.
The Macungie couple told police they were high on heroin and cocaine.
They told police they had used cocaine and heroin and were sleeping on the street in Camden before the March 5 incident.
Three people were hurt, including a Camden police officer who broke his leg.
Prosecutors said the pair also admitted to stealing a delivery vehicle and selling items inside it the previous day.
