We're learning new details about a brutal sexual assault and robbery in Northampton County.
The attack happened in 2009, and now the case is headed to trial.
Wearing handcuffs and shackles, Andre Watley walked out of court maintaining he didn't do it.
"No I didn't," he said. "He's a rat like the rest of them in Pennsylvania that tattle."
But a Northampton County judge ruled there's enough evidence to send his case to trial.
The 30-year-old was charged back in January for his alleged role in a 2009 sexual assault on Clermont Street in Bethlehem Township.
During the 45-minute hearing, the now 27-year-old victim took the stand and said he had met Watley only a couple of weeks before the brutal attack.
He told the judge Watley and another man showed up at his house that day looking to buy a quarter-pound of marijuana, but when he couldn't make the deal happen, the pair became quote "irate, irritated and angry."
That's when he says things became violent.
The victim testified Watley and the other man threatened him with knives, then made him strip, taped up his hands, feet and mouth, and sexually assaulted him twice with a broom stick.
Before the pair left, he says they threatened him with a machete then robbed him.
According to court documents, there was a five-year delay because after the attack officers lost contact with the victim.
Some of that time he was in prison.
The charges in this case were filed just days before the statute of limitations was set to expire.
Watley is facing 15 charges including involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, robbery, and aggravated and sexual assault.
He's set to be formally arraigned in County Court on May 29.
