A Bethlehem attorney has announced plans to run for a judge seat in Northampton County.
Tom Carroll is a candidate for judge on the Court of Common Pleas.
Carroll has been both a prosecutor and defense attorney in his 25 years of legal experience.
“It is essential that a judge come to the bench with a broad range of life experiences," Carroll said. "A judge must also have a respect for the rule of law and an understanding that individual rights and freedoms are given to us by God and guaranteed by the Declaration of Independence, the United States Constitution, and the Pennsylvania Constitution.”
Carroll is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America.
