Phantoms hold public practice

The soon to be Lehigh Valley Phantoms showed their fans what they've got.

The team held a practice that was open to the public Saturday at the Steel Ice Center in Bethlehem.

Plenty of hockey fans showed up to check out the team which will soon call Allentown it's home.

"I think it's cool.  They don't normally come down here so I think it's pretty neat that they came down here to practice," said fan Hunter Stewart.

The Phantoms are currently playing in Adirondack, New York.

Their stop Saturday is to get ready for a match-up with the Hershey Bears on Sunday.
