A man sexually assaulted a 16-year-old boy and held a knife to his throat, officials said.
Victor Bruch asked the teen to fondle him three times as they sat in Bruch's truck in the parking lot of a convenience store in the 800 block of Market Street in Bangor, Northampton Co., in August 2012, officials said.
The teen, who reported the incident on Oct. 27, told police he was accompanying Bruch to pick up his cousin, officials said.
The boy said Bruch asked him twice to touch him, and when he refused the second time, Bruch grabbed a utility knife from the driver's side door and put it to the boy's throat and asked again, officials said.
After he said no a third time, the teen told police he and Bruch left the parking to pick up the cousin on North Main Street, officials said.
Bruch, 57, of 8 North Main St., Bangor, was arraigned Sunday morning on charges of corruption of minors, making terroristic threats, indecent assault and criminal solicitation and committed to the Northampton County Prison on $60,000 bail, according to court documents.
A preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. March 4.
